Sara fits the Saucer!

Yeah! Sara is finally tall enough for her saucer. Just 2 weeks ago she was on her tippy toes barely able to reach the bottom, but today it was success! She was so amused by the little toys & all the noises they made also. She's getting so big so fast.

4 months old!

Wow how time flies! Thursday we went in for Sara's 4 mo check-up.

Dr. told us to start her on rice cereal! Yeah her first solid food! She thought it was disgusting. And I don't know if it was the carbs in the cereal but she slept like crazy on Fri when I fed her her first cereal. We woke up at 7:30 AM and ate cereal & formula, then she woke around 4 PM and drank another bottle, and then she woke up 8:30 AM Sat morning. What happened in between you say? She slept between all those feedings! Yes she had over 18 hrs of sleep on Fri/Sat. It was weird & amazing. Daddy did better Sat AM with the cereal.

I also found Sara's ticklish spot on Wed! Right in the center of her chest. Weird! She screams & giggles with laughter.

Easter 2009

Sara had her first Easter! She wore her pretty dress that Aunt Claudia bought her to the Japanese Garden at Hermann Park.

This is the first day that Kim & I actually saw Sara rollover. We were so proud of her & we caught it on video. She's getting so strong now. Sitting in her Bumbo, rolling over, & she loves to try and stand up tall.

Stuck like a duck!

Here's Sara enjoying her Bumbo chair.  She hates laying down now & likes to watch the world around her.

Social bug

Sara is just the little social bug. She will go to anyone's arms. The cousins & grandparents watched her while Kim, Henry, & I went to the movies. Monsters VS. Aliens 3D is hilarious & awesome!
